I ordered from shopboxbasics.com and the tracking did update, but it wasn’t as quick as I expected. It sat for a couple of days with no change, which made me wonder if the package was actually moving or not. It did show up in the end and everything was fine, so no major issue there. I just think it’s reasonable to expect the delivery info to be a little more clear and up to date.

I wasn’t into the look of Box Basics. The style just felt kind of old, and then some parts were super plain while other pages somehow felt cluttered at the same time. I don’t know, it just didn’t really pull me in. Like, I’d click around and notice empty-looking sections, then suddenly there’d be too much going on. The layout didn’t feel clean or modern to me, so browsing wasn’t very enjoyable. Not really a site I’d hang around on for long.

Overall, I think this is fair for what it is. The basics are good, and I like that there’s less waste involved, which is a big plus. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, so that was a little frustrating, but I wouldn’t say it ruined the experience. If they can speed that part up, I’d be even happier with it.

I expected the customer service to be a lot more responsive. I sent a few messages and ended up waiting way longer than I thought I would, and when I finally got a reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. After using it for a bit, it just felt kind of flimsy and not really up to what I needed. I don’t remember every little thing about it, but I do remember being disappointed enough that I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they’re clearer about the thickness.

The quality was fine, not terrible or anything, but it didn’t really impress me either. It was just kind of okay overall.
